Infrastructure
The 1,000m² area of LEPTEN hosts the following laboratories:
-Solar Energy Laboratory (LABSOLAR - Laboratório de Energia Solar)
-Heat Pipes Laboratory (LABTUCAL - Laboratório de Tubos de Calor)
-Heat Transfer with Phase Change Laboratory (BOILING - Laboratório de transferência de calor
com mudança de fase)
These laboratories are supplied with the main equipment and materials associated to heat transfer,
solar energy, thermodynamics, and other related fields.
